A farmer in south-central Minnesota tells Brownfield his 2023 crop is in the bin.
Jerry Demmer of Clarks Grove says it was a fast harvest.
“We don’t have that much to do, still we are way ahead of schedule by a week (to) ten days.”
He describes the growing season as dry and says he wasn’t sure how yields would turn out.
“But in the end we ended up with really good yields here north of I-90 for corn and soybeans.
