The Minnesota Soybean Growers Association is pleased with the state’s dicamba regulations for 2024.
President Bob Worth tells Brownfield maintaining separate date cutoffs for the southern and northern parts of Minnesota ensures farmers will have access to an important tool for controlling weeds.
“I’m glad they kept it exactly the same as it was, (and) I think we need this chemical in our toolbox.”
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture will restrict applications of approved dicamba products after June 12th south of Interstate 94 and June 30th north of I-94.
