The Missouri Department of Agriculture has posted proposed hemp
regulations. The department says the public comment period won’t begin until
November 1st but it wanted to give growers the chance to review the
proposed rules before that.
The department expects applications for the state’s
Industrial Hemp program will begin December 2nd.
