Missouri Farm Bureau delegates set policy aimed at eradicating feral
hogs and helping dairy farmers. State Legislative Affairs Director BJ Tanksley tells
Brownfield policy addresses the Federal Milk Marketing Order system.
“Are there specific solutions there? There are ideas, but [it’s] more about
starting a conversation and making sure that we’re continuing to support the producers
to try to help that industry that we do know has been through some hard times
recently,” Tanksley told Brownfield Ag News following the Missouri Farm Bureau
policy setting session.
