Brownfield’s Tom Steever will be there as Missouri Governor Mike Parson hosts the Beef Promotion Tour to officially proclaim May as Beef Month. Starting at Kingsville Livestock Auction and ending at Hy-Vee, he will visit with both farmers and consumers, with the end goal of increasing consumer beef demand. Governor Parson will be joined by Director of Agriculture Chris Chinn and leadership from the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association and Missouri Beef Industry Council.
