Missouri’s corn harvest is off to a good start, now at 9% complete.
USDA says that’s an increase of 7% points from the previous week with 51% of the corn crop mature. The corn is rated 35% good to excellent.
Across the state, 17% of soybeans are dropping leaves with the crop rated 44% good to excellent.
Rice harvest is 14% complete, which is ahead of average with the crop rated 80% good to excellent.
