The University of Missouri’s new Plant Growth Research facility has reached a key phase. The “topping off”, or completion of the building’s framework, has been celebrated.
The facility is expected to be completed next April. It will be used by MU faculty, staff and students of the College of Agriculture, College of Arts and Science and by the Interdisciplinary Plant Group.
The new facility will feature 22-thousand square feet of research greenhouse space, divided into two-dozen compartments.
