The National Milk Producers Federation has announced its president and CEO will retire at the end of the year.
Jim Mulhern, a Wisconsin native, has led the organization for a decade and spent 45 years working in agricultural and dairy policy.
The board plans to start work naming a new executive at its meeting this week.
