NASDA Tri Lateral Ag Trade Accord opens

The keynote speaker at the Tri-Lateral Ag Trade Accord held by the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture says the USMCA has strengthened the integration of ag trade in the three North American countries. Michael Anderson, vice president of trade with the Corn Refiners Association, says while there are always challenges, the benefits outweigh them.

“This North American agriculture market integration enables ag producers in the region to leverage their relative strengths and to respond more efficiently to changing economic conditions.”

And, he says the USMCA is also a benefit for consumers.
