National Biodiesel Board files briefs in suit against EPA

The National Biodiesel Board has filed their first court briefs in their lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency.

The Board’s Paul Winters says, “The first and primary argument we’re making is that EPA must account for all of the small refinery exemptions that it granted.”

Winters tells Brownfield they are suing the EPA for failing to ensure the gallons set under the 2018 Renewable Fuel Standards rule are produced and used.
