NAWG says “another win” on Prop 65 glyphosate case

A federal judge in California has upheld a temporary injunction on California’s Proposition 65 which would require a cancer warning label on glyphosate. The National Association of Wheat Growers (NAWG), which is leading the coalition against the law, says the judge’s decision is “another win for U.S. agriculture.”

Chandler Ghoule, CEO of NAWG, says the facts and science are on agriculture’s side and show glyphosate is safe for use and is approved for more than 250 crops throughout the U.S.
