Nebraska continues to have some of the highest crop ratings in the Midwest.
As of Sunday, 76 percent of the state’s corn and 73 percent of soybeans were rated good to excellent.
Corn silking was two percent, 14 points behind the five-year average. Soybean blooming was 10 percent, well behind the 37 average.
Pasture and range conditions rated 86 percent good to excellent.
The winter wheat harvest is getting underway with two percent harvested.
