Embattled EPA administrator Scott Pruitt will be in Nebraska Thursday as part of his Midwestern tour, which has included stops this week in Kansas and South Dakota.
Pruitt is scheduled to meet late Thursday afternoon with Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts and a group of Nebraska ag leaders.
