Nebraska farmers had a good week of harvesting last week, but the state’s soybean harvest continued to lag well behind its normal pace for the third week of October.
Corn harvest advanced from 25 to 34 percent complete; soybeans from 38 to 54 percent; and grain sorghum from 32 to 43 percent.
Winter wheat rated 67 percent good to excellent.
