Dairy Farmers of America has a new President and CEO. Dennis Rodenbaugh officially took over July 1st with the retirement of Richard Smith.
In a statement, Rodenbaugh says their farmer-ownership, alongside DFA’s infrastructure, offers the opportunity and motivation for the cooperative to position dairy as the sustainable source of nutrition to feed a global population.
Rodenbaugh also serves on dairy organization boards including the executive board for National Milk Producers Federation and the International Dairy Foods Association.
