New program allows producers to sell Certified Angus Beef direct to consumers

Ranch to Table is a new initiative from Certified Angus Beef that allows beef producers to sell their products directly to consumers and businesses with the Certified Angus Beef logo.  

To be branded CAB, beef must grade Choice or Prime by independent USDA graders and then must meet 10 specifications for taste and tenderness.
