The CEO of the Missouri Corn Growers Association says he’s optimistic the Next Generation Fuels Act will get attention from lawmakers as they return to Washington D.C. following the August recess.
Bradley Schad says the legislation would phase higher blends of ethanol into gasoline, reduce prices at the pump for consumers and ensure there are options when purchasing vehicles through model year 2026.
