A USDA undersecretary says many parts of the 2018 Farm Bill will take months to implement.
Bill Northey says farmers will be able to sign up for some new or modified farm bill programs in a couple of months. “ARC-PLC will be later. We’ll sign up CRP probably late, maybe even into December of this next year.”
