The executive director of Ohio Corn and Wheat says President Trump’s move to allow year-round sales of E15 is a victory for corn farmers across the country.
Tadd Nicholson says the federal ban on summer sales was unnecessary.
“The president is moving forward to eliminate that barrier- that’s a great thing for corn demand, ethanol demand, cleaner air, and lower price fuel for consumers,” he says.
He tells Brownfield he is hopeful an E15 waiver will be in place before the next summer driving season.
