For many farmers, the trade war with China could not have come at a worse time. But, despite the challenges, central-Ohio farmer Allen Ett says he supports the administration’s move. “It’s painful,” he says. “It’s been painful. But, I think long-term it’s for the best.” He tells Brownfield he’s appreciative of the aid the Administration has given to farmers so far. “They realize they have to take care of farmers and they are a little bit – and I think they will continue to do that,” he says. Ett says he realizes a resolution may not come quickly.
