Recent reports indicate Palmer Amaranth has now been found in 29 states and as far north as Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota and Michigan.
At a recent glyphosate-resistant Palmer amaranth field day in south-central Nebraska, we asked University of Illinois weed scientist Aaron Hager (keynote speaker at the event) if there’s anything new in efforts to stop the spread of this problematic pigweed.
