Governor Mike Parson says he’s glad Senate Bill 391 that he
signed into law is now in play, after a judge removed the restraining order
against its implementation, “It’s going to be back in play. We’ll see what
happens in the court challenges but right now, it’s the right thing to do to
protect our farmers in the state of Missouri. And I’m always going to lead with
that.”
Last week, the Cole County judge lifted his restraining
order on the law that was meant to go into effect August 28th.
