President Trump says The United States will pursue even more tariffs against China if they retaliate against U.S. agricultural products or raise non-tariff barriers to trade.
Trump placed 25% tariffs on an additional 50-billion dollars worth of Chinese imports Friday morning on items he says contain industrially significant technologies.
In a statement Friday morning, the President says Chinese measures against American goods, services and companies doing business with China will prompt more tariffs.
