Punch, counterpunch

This week is going to be ugly, on both sides of the aisle, both sides of Capitol Hill and the far end of Pennsylvania Avenue.  Democrats have piled bricks to throw at President Trump all week long, and Trump’s job is to find enough bright, shiny objects to toss in the air as distractions, anything to deflect media attention away from all the stuff that’s coming at him.

The first explosion will be the expected release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s final report on his two-plus-year investigation into whether the Trump presidential campaign colluded with any or all Russians to tip the 2016 election.
