A leader with the US Meat Export federation says increasing global demand for US beef and pork is like putting together a very tricky jigsaw puzzle.
Dan Halstrom, president and CEO of the US Meat Expo Federation says when it comes to competition in the global meat market a big piece of the puzzle is maximizing the value and share of US beef and pork products.
While competition is tough, he tells Brownfield the quality of US meat products gives the US a competitive advantage.
