
Harvest is at a standstill for Central Nebraska farmer Clay Govier.

A storm system moved across Nebraska yesterday dropping anywhere form 3-7 inches of rain, and Govier says the forecast is calling for 60 mile per hour wind gusts todays. “I would anticipate that the wind will be out of the north-northwest like it usually is.
