Wisconsin farmers are continuing to battle with Mother
Nature. USDA reporters say just over
three days were suitable for fieldwork last week, and the ground stayed cool
and moist in most areas. This problem
was compounded in extreme southern Wisconsin, where a Saturday storm dropped up
to six inches of snow in the Darlington, Monroe, and Kenosha areas.
