A corn and soybean farmer ready to begin harvest in south-central Minnesota was turned away by another bout of wet weather.
Speaking to Brownfield Thursday, Bryan Biegler of Lake Wilson says excessive moisture has been a problem throughout the season.
“I don’t know how long this (delay) will be. If the (rain) stops now, we should be able to get going probably by the end of next week hopefully.”
He says they’ve received about 4 inches of rain the last few days.
