An Indiana senator says there is a very short window to address tariffs and the negative impact they have on farmers as harvest approaches.
Joe Donnelly says he spoke with President Trump about those concerns on Thursday.
“We’ve seen about a 20 percent drop in soybean prices in just about two months and I said Mr. President we have a crop coming in the bin around October and we need to get this resolved,” he says.
