Several Midwest Senators have submitted comments to the EPA demanding that the agency fix its proposed RFS rule to account for oil refinery exemptions.
The letters, sent by Senators Grassley and Ernst of Iowa, Fischer of Nebraska, Thune and Rounds of South Dakota, Blunt of Missouri and Braun of Indiana, expressed concerns about the way EPA plans to calculate the reallocation of biofuel gallons lost due to the waivers.
