Todd Hubbs with the University of Illinois says farmers should take a wait-and-see approach to marketing old and new crop corn right now. “I think there’s still room to run.” He tells Brownfield the challenging spring will likely lead to a smaller U.S. corn crop in 2019, although USDA might slow-play that for another month or two.
