The USDA says corn export inspections slowed down during the week of January 3rd but remain ahead of the anticipated pace for the 2018/19 marketing year. The current marketing year runs through the end of May for wheat and through the end of August for corn, sorghum, and soybeans.
Wheat came out at 260,134 tons, down 120,018 from the week ending December 27th, 2018, but up 24,918 from the week ending January 4th, 2018.
