Recently talk show host Ellen DeGeneres took to social media to urge her fans and followers to eat less meat. She claims by eating less meat consumers are bettering the planet and their health.
South Dakota cattle producer and beef blogger Amanda Radke doesn’t agree and she’s providing a rebuttal to the talk show host’s claims. Radke says cattle producers are conscious of the environment and work hard to produce beef using fewer natural resources.
