Soybeans were sharply higher on commercial and technical buying, managing to post a good week-to-week gain. China’s tariff on U.S. soybeans is in effect, but it looks like some of that is already dialed in to the futures market and there are workarounds for export sales, mostly involving other nations either buying and processing U.S. beans or buying and re-routing the sales.
