Strong soybean crush margins

 

Soybean crush levels have increased substantially in recent months as production issues in Argentina support margins.

Todd Hubbs, an ag economist with the University of Illinois, says the year-to-date totals are more than 3 percent above last year.

And he suggests the high crush levels have and will continue to help offset disappointing soybean exports.
