Support for beginning farmers remains priority for Minnesota Corn

Supporting new and beginning farmers is a priority for the Minnesota Corn Growers.

President Dana Allen-Tully says the topic reemerged during the association’s annual meeting last week.

“We spent some time cleaning up our resolution book, things that were accomplished last year like the Beginning Farmer program. Just solidifying our support that the Beginning Farmer Tax Credit is a critical component for Minnesota’s next generation.”

She tells Brownfield that gives Minnesota Corn its directive for advocating for the next generation at the state and national level.
