Many registered voters oppose small refinery waivers, according to a new survey by the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA).
Geoff Cooper, president and CEO of the RFA, says the survey found that voters oppose the administration’s actions to exempt oil refineries from renewable fuel blending obligations by a margin of nearly two to one.
“Overall, we saw 55 percent of respondents opposed to small refinery exemptions compared to just 29 percent who support it,” He see.
