Syngenta has finalized the acquisition of an ag tech
company with a strong presence in Eastern Europe.

Meyers, says Cropio (CROH-pio) Group offers an equipment-integrated, end-to-end
software solution that provides imaging, recordkeeping, and equipment tracking and
has managed crops on more than 24 million-acres.
Although Cropio will remain a stand-alone company, Meyers says the move makes Syngenta the only agribusiness with access to leading management platforms in the top four ag markets including the U.S., Brazil, China, and now Eastern Europe.
