The impact of short hay stocks on beef producers

As of May 1, the Hay Stocks in the US are more than 30 percent below year-ago levels.  University of Missouri livestock market analyst Scott Brown says this may be the most important issue for the cattle industry as they go through the remainder of 2018.  He tells Brownfield the nation’s beef producers are going to have to be prepared.
