A third Republican blocked a voice vote on the disaster bill in the past week. Congressman John Rose of Tennessee objected Thursday to passing the bill by voice vote. The disaster bill HAS the support of President Trump. A roll call vote could be taken as early as Monday when the House returns from the holiday week. The Senate has already passed the 19-billion-dollar relief measure.
