The U.S. Dairy Export Council has signed a memorandum of understanding with Singapore Polytechnic’s Food Innovation and Resource Center.
USDEC President Tom Vilsack tells Brownfield the new partnership will help grow dairy exports. “Southeast Asia is, I think, ripe for dairy exports. It’s got a young and growing population, a rising middle class, a lot of tourism activity in southeast Asia and it’s sort of an east-meets-west cuisine that’s evolving in that part of the world.”
