United Soybean Board directors gave back to first responders this week with a salute to service event featuring soy-based products.
Farmers visited a St. Louis fire station to thank firefighters and have a dinner including pork cutlets fried in high oleic soybean oil.
Don Wyss, a new director based in northeastern Indiana, said the event focused on giving back to others and highlighted the resilience of farmers during a challenging year.
