While U.S. and Chinese delegations discuss trade in Washington, dairy industry leaders are talking in China. One of them is U.S. Dairy Export Council President Tom Vilsack. Vilsack tells Brownfield, “We want to make sure people don’t forget about us, so I’ll be traveling to China in an effort to showcase U.S. dairy. We’ll also make an opportunity to visit South Korea to make sure that we pay attention to that very important market, especially for our cheeses.”
