The former CEO of CropLife America sees a bright future for U.S. agriculture. Brownfield interviewed Jay Vroom last month who has seen a lot of improvements in agriculture in his 30 years leading the trade association, “I can only promise everyone that the next three decades are going to be even more amazing and productive and protective of the environment. And, the speed of science and the accuracy of our science gets better every day.”
Vroom says there are bright opportunities ahead even though there are challenges, “Our farmers right now, of course, are facing some of the most challenging trade threats that we’ve seen in my lifetime.
