Weather stress stretching beyond crops

2019 has been historically bad for many farmers as wet
conditions limited planting, and now dry stretches are taking a toll.

Livestock producers have also had their hands full this
year, from record snowfall in parts of the Upper Midwest to flooding in feedlot
country.

The animal welfare species lead for Merck Animal Health says issues from earlier in the year could still be creeping up as we move through summer.
