Across the Corn Belt, snow showers linger downwind of the Great Lakes, following a weekend storm system that produced accumulating snow from the lower Missouri Valley into parts of the Great Lakes region. In areas where snow remains on the ground, final harvest efforts are on hold. However, the snow is also providing beneficial moisture for pastures, winter grains, and cover crops.
