USDA’s latest weekly crop report says soybeans are nearly 90 percent harvested, 11 days behind last year but one day ahead of the five-year average.
Corn harvest is at 66 percent, compared to 69 percent a year ago and 68 percent normally.
Most of the winter wheat crop has emerged, with 68 percent rated in good to excellent condition.
