A 15-year-old suspect, whose name has not been released, is facing first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of 41-year-old Nichole Klich in Huron.
Beadle County State’s Attorney Michael Moore confirmed Klich as the victim and stated plans to try to move the case to adult court.
The suspect is currently in the Beadle County Juvenile Detention Center, with a status hearing scheduled for June 4.
