The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office has identified the body of 19-year-old Patricia Brewer, found near the Rapid City Airport.
The incident occurred around 3:30 am on a Saturday morning in the vicinity of East Highway 44 and Airport Road.
Brewer was discovered lying on the road, and evidence suggests that she was hit by a vehicle.
The driver involved in the incident has reported it and is cooperating with authorities.
