Cherry Creek Grill, a popular restaurant in Sioux Falls, will not be reopening after a fire broke out in September 2022 during renovations.
Owners Charlie and Judy Kneip have decided to sell the building, land, and liquor license.
The property is already attracting interest due to its well-equipped kitchen and facilities.
The east side of Sioux Falls, where the restaurant is located, is growing, creating opportunities for new full-service restaurants.
The Kneips had operated the restaurant for three decades, offering a diverse menu and a wide selection of beer.
Customers with gift cards for Cherry Creek Grill can use them at TC’s Referee Sports Bar & Grill, which offers many of the same menu items.
